Factory-Installed Inward-Facing Diaphragm™

The Factory-Installed Inward-Facing Diaphragm™ is a precision-bonded diaphragm plane engineered to function as a thermally active interior surface — stabilizing the Within-Wall™ Cavity and radiating conditioned performance into the Occupied Space.

This architecture establishes a controlled, thermally responsive boundary within the enclosure assembly, contributing to cavity stability, radiant modulation, and overall system performance continuity.

All of the foregoing subject matter — including diaphragm architecture, cavity stabilization logic, and radiant surface functionality — is disclosed within and governed by U.S. Patent No. 10,329,758, granted to Yonatan Zvi Margalit.

WVA™ — Water Vapor Aloft™ designates the stable suspension of water vapor in the occupied or upper convective zone when all interior and envelope surfaces remain above the dew point. This condition prevents condensation, allowing vapor to remain energetically active within the air mass rather than being released at a boundary surface.

From this controlled condition arises LEA™ — Latent Energy Aloft™, which identifies the quantified energy field embodied in that aloft vapor. In the PortalWall® framework, WVA™ represents the observable equilibrium state, while LEA™ represents the latent-energy calculus that follows from it — transforming the traditional static notion of relative humidity (RH%) into an energy-centric design and control metric.

This superior result is driven by the system’s underlying thermal logic:

I continue to file patent applications with the USPTO, I possess both payment receipts, for an advanced building enclosure which manages heat by quenching enclosure surfaces with water, utilizing the already integrated water trough, to document and protect the evolution of this work. This IP—along with related patent applications and trading-marks, and associated web-domains, has never been for sale. It remains under my exclusive control and ownership and is available only through formal licensing agreements.
