This is a rare opportunity to collaborate directly with the inventor of Active-Wall™ & PORTALWALL® and Delugewall™, and to contribute to a mission centered on safer, more resilient building design.

• Accompany the inventor to project meetings across Manhattan
   
• Learn about facade design, passive airflow, fire resilience, and sustainability
   
• Assist with presentation materials, physical samples, and on-site demonstrations
   
• Contribute ideas in real-time meetings with architects, engineers, and developers
   
• Gain insight into how technology is licensed, protected, and brought to market
   

• Energetic, responsible, and eager to learn
   
• Interested in architecture, marketing, environmental design, or real estate development
   
• A confident communicator, well-presented, and Manhattan-ready
   
• Available part-time (1–4 days/week) with flexible scheduling
   
• Based in NYC or able to easily commute to meetings in Manhattan
