I, Yonatan Zvi Margalit, am the sole inventor, originator, and owner of all PortalWall® designs, technologies, patents, trade secrets, and related intellectual property.
All patents — granted, filed, and pending — are solely in my name.
I have never assigned, sold, or transferred any ownership interest in this intellectual property to any third party.

Multiple additional filings have been made, including the proprietary DelugeWall™ system, currently protected under two new patent filings.

Proprietary methods, trade secrets, design protocols, spanning assemblies, drainage systems, thermal modules, energy-absorbing surfaces, fire assemblies, and integration technologies — all under my exclusive ownership and control.
CORPORATE STRUCTURE (Footnote)
Licensing payments have been made to Active-Wall & PortalWall IP, Inc., a New York State Corporation wholly owned by me. The corporation serves solely as a licensing administrator and payment conduit; all intellectual property remains fully and personally owned by me.
IN SIMPLE TERMS — WHAT HAPPENED
I created PortalWall®. I originated the designs, the patents, the trade secrets, and the full commercial system.
At one point, I licensed very limited rights to John Graziano, under a tightly controlled license agreement in my name not a corporate name. That license was never ownership. It never gave him — or anyone connected to him — the right to control, assign, or represent my technology beyond those limited terms.
Instead of simply operating within the license, John Graziano — along with his brother Gregory Graziano — attempted to find ways to control what I had built. When they failed to legally seize ownership, they tried to create confusion: manufacturing new documents, inserting unauthorized third parties, and even attempting to create derivative assets based entirely on my protected work.
They tried to occupy land that I had already conquered.
This website stands as the official public record correcting that false narrative.
GOVERNING AGREEMENTS
There are only two valid, governing documents that apply to any past or present license activity:

The License Agreement dated November 1, 2024, and formally ratified on May 23, 2025.
The CA/NDA Agreement executed between myself, John Graziano, and a single third-party customer.
No other documents exist, apply, or hold any legal authority whatsoever.
All other documents are unauthorized fabrications designed to mislead and interfere.
INTERFERENCE, FRAUD & UNAUTHORIZED CONDUCT
Gregory Graziano has engaged in multiple documented criminal attempts to interfere with and unlawfully access my intellectual property. These acts include:
Attempted hacking into my private USPTO online account — a serious federal offense. Someone once asked me: what did he have to gain? The answer is simple: unauthorized access to assignment rights, filings, and control over my intellectual property. Gaining access to these protected records creates a critical launch point for fraudulent assignments, misappropriation, and broader criminal activity designed to manufacture ownership confusion and interfere with legitimate rights.
Physical attempts to remove confidential paperwork from my private vehicle under false pretenses.
Unauthorized cyber intrusions into my personal computer systems, mobile devices, and secured website.
Fabricating and circulating false and conflated documents designed to confuse, mislead, or create fraudulent claims of ownership.
Attempts to inject himself and others into legitimate business opportunities — including my awarded position in an early-stage Greentech Accelerator — for which he had zero involvement or legal standing.
John Graziano, while originally granted a narrow non-exclusive license, remained closely aligned with Gregory’s actions and repeatedly attempted to shield him. In his own words (paraphrased): “I can’t let my brother get into trouble for this.”
This confirms that John was fully aware of the unlawful conduct taking place and chose to protect it, forcing me to fully sever all further association.
STANDING LEGAL ACTION
The actions described here are not civil disagreements.
They constitute active, ongoing criminal matters under review by:
Federal law enforcement agencies
State prosecutors
Intellectual property regulators
Financial and banking compliance officials
All evidence is being preserved and submitted to appropriate authorities.

Any claim, representation, or business solicitation made by Gregory Graziano, John Graziano, or any party purporting to act on their behalf, is wholly unauthorized and unlawful.
No person or entity other than myself has any standing to represent, sublicense, market, or transact upon my intellectual property.
